TENUTA BOSCO White IGP Salento Lucio Leuci is a wine produced in the Guagnano countryside from 20 to 30-year-old chardonnay and white malvasia vines, cultivated with the espalier technique on clayey soils. The harvest is done with manual harvesting in the third week of August for the chardonnay and the second week of September for the white malvasia. Once the grapes have been harvested, they are transported to the cellar and then the destemming is done, followed by draining in a soft press at 15 ° C. At the end of the fermentation the wine rests first in steel and then for a few months in the bottle before being put on the market.
In the glass it shows a slightly pale straw yellow color. The aromas are fresh pleasantly fruity, rich and intense. In the mouth it is light, pleasantly acidic, dry and fresh with a good persistence in the finish. A young and fresh wine to drink, perfect for hot Italian summers.
Pairings: Suitable for appetizers, appetizers, light first courses and fish preparations.
