TENUTA BOSCO Negroamaro Rosso IGP Salento Lucio Leuci is a wine produced in the Giuagnano countryside from 20 to 30 year old Negroamaro vineyards, cultivated with the espalier technique on clayey soils. The harvest is done with manual harvest in the last week of September and the first of October. Once the grapes are harvested, they are transported to the cellar and then the destemming takes place, followed by prolonged maceration, and then by draining in a soft press with the temperature control of the must in contact with the skins at 28 ° C. At the end of the fermentation the roiposa wine first in steel and then in bottle for 1 year and a half before being put on the market.

In the glass it shows an intense ruby ​​red color. The aromas are fresh pleasantly fruity, not excessive and fairly complex. In the mouth it is light, immediate, dry and moderately persistent. An immediate wine, which can also be drunk cool in summer at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.

Pairings: Recommended for grilled red and white meats, first courses including fish as long as they are tasty and semi-mature cheeses.
