TENUTA MARINI Fiano Salice Salentino DOP is a great white wine from the Candido di San Donaci winery (Brindisi_Puglia/Italy).

Produced from grapes and vineyards from the Tenuta Marini from land owned by the company. The vinification begins with the grapes brought to cooling at 12 ° C. After destemming, they remain in contact with the must for 48 hours. The flower, once drained, is activated with selected yeasts and ferments at 18 °C for a week.

TENUTA MARINI is a white wine with a deep straw colour that expresses its intense aroma with the olfactory fineness of the rosewater scent and the rich, enveloping and harmonious taste, with the taste of apples and hazelnuts.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal for seafood, shellfish and dishes based on roasted fish.
