Tenuta Paraida rosso is a classic of Salentine wine produced by the Marulli winery. The DOC Copertino made up of 80% negroamaro and 15% black malvasia plus 5% of montepulciano grapes is a traditional blend with grapes harvested around the countryside of Copertino, a land that has always been dedicated to oenology. The grapes used for the production of the Paraida Estate come from owned vineyards with plants of about 40 years grown with the Apulian sapling method. The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of September and following the destemming and crushing, classic red vinification is started, with the must remaining in maceration with the skins for 6-8 days in order to obtain a full-bodied wine color and fragrance. The fermentation temperature is maintained between 26-28 ° C. The wine is then left to age in oak barrels for 6 months and finally ends its journey with a further refinement in the bottle.

Tenuta Paraida rosso is a wine of intense ruby red color, to the nose it presents a complex bouquet with hints of vanilla, carob, wild berries and spices with aroma of ripe berries and spices. The taste is dry with a bitter aftertaste, velvety, sapid and generous.
