Tenuta Serranova Rosato Susumaniello Salento IGP is certainly one of the most important wines produced by the Agricole Vallone.

It is produced from Susumaniello grapes grown in the Serranova private estate of the company near Brindisi.

The vineyards cultivated with the bilateral spurred cordon cultivation system insist on calcareous – clayey soil with a North – South exposure and with a planting density of about 4500 plants per hectare with a yield of about 60 quintals per hectare .

The vinification begins with the harvest which takes place between the second and third ten days of September. The grapes are subjected to soft destemming-crushing, which is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks and with malolactic fermentation that is not carried out. The wine completes its aging in steel and bottle.

Tenuta di Serranova Tenuta Serranova Rosato Susumaniello Salento IGP Agricole Vallone contains all the strength and aromas of Susumaniello that explode with their power on the nose giving hints of floral and fresh Mediterranean fruits. In the mouth, however, it can remain more harmonious and balanced. Freshly slightly acidic and very savory it gives pleasant sensations softened by a good presence of glycerin which balances an important alcoholic concentration. Enveloping and pleasant sensations in the mouth can be absolutely pleasant well cool in summer.

Pairings: It goes perfectly with all the savory fish dishes of the Mediterranean tradition or with raw seafood.
