The Teresa Manara Cantele is a large Negroamaro produced with espalier cordon spurred and Apulian sapling in the territory of Guagnano (Lecce). The name of this wine derives from the homage that his son Augusto Cantele wanted to make to Mother Teresa Manara a strong and proud woman who crossed Italy in the years in which the enterprises were still reserved for men, with a temperament of which today they are soaked the most important selections of Chardonnay and Negroamaro from the Guagnano company. The harvest takes place at the end of September. After crushing, the must remains in contact with the skins in maceration for 15 days. The fermentation temperature is 26 ° C. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine stays in French oak barrels for about 12 months.

Characterized by an intense ruby red color with slight cherry reflections. The scent of fruit and red flowers foreshadow the evolution of smell by specifying the ample scent that denotes the tones of spices, ethereal and light mineral. On the palate the aroma reflects the bold and decisive expression typical of Negroamaro and at the same time the sensitive finesse. To be served at a temperature of 18 ° C.
