The fermenting must is then placed in barrique where the fermentation is completed. At the end of fermentation, the wine rests sur lies in French oak barriques, 50% new and 50% 2nd passage, for about 12 months, and then ends its processing by waiting in the bottle for a few months before being placed in trade.
