Tinente Rosè is a wine with a typical geographical indication produced by the Marulli Winery from 100% Negroamaro grapes grown with the espalier technique in one of the Salento areas most suited to viticulture, namely the municipality of Copertino. Younger brother of the great rosé Tenuta Paraida is produced in the same way as the multi-award winning Copertino DOP rosé but starting from blends produced from younger plants. This wine fully reflects the great tradition of Salento rosé having a great body and excellent structure but reinterpreted in a modern key with an excellent acidity and minerality that is given to it by the partly calcareous soils and by the breezes that from the Ionian Sea reach the vineyards. A wine that never gets tired of drinking glass after glass, accompanying the beautiful Italian spring and summer days.

The vinification begins immediately after the manual harvest of the grapes which is done in the period of about mid-September. The grapes are softly pressed and left in contact with the must for about 6-7 hours, sufficient time to obtain the right pink shade of the finished product. During fermentation the temperature is maintained around 18-20 ºC. After vinification, the wine matures for about 3 months in steel tanks which help to enhance the aromas and aromas.

Tinente Rosè is presented in the glass It has a pinkish color tending to cherry with underlined coral reflections, it has a delicate bouquet tending towards fruity. The taste is dry, harmonious, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, or with Italian appetizers, first courses in general, fish soups, baked fish, white meats.
