Tre Archi is a Salento DOC produced by the Petrelli winery from negroamaro grapes grown on the company’s land in the countryside of Carmiano and rests for 4 months in oak barrels. Wine obtained from a selection of the best grapes produced on the farm, and is one of the most beautiful red expressions of the primitivo grown in the central part of Salento. A wine that contains all the passion and flavors that the ancient land of Salento can express. A wine of yesteryear, far from the commercial flavors that it knows how to conquer for its simple complexity. A wine that at this price is the best gift you can give.

The land from which the grapes come are located at an altitude of about 32 m asl, 25 km from the sea with a medium-textured soil, while the training system used is the spurred cordon with a density of vines equal to about 5000 / has with a final grape yield of 120 quintals. The grapes are harvested around the first week of September, and the vinification process is carried out with a maceration in steel for 10 days. Once the fermentation phase has been completely completed, the wine rests and refines in steel for 4 months after which it is transferred and ends its cycle with 4 months in American oak barrels and finally another 2 months in the bottle.

Tre Archi has an intense ruby ​​red color, and a scent of ripe red fruits with notes of vanilla and licorice. The taste in the mouth is warm, harmonious and round.
