Winemaking and Aging

Obtained from selected Negroamaro grapes, the wine undergoes 10 days of maceration in steel. Aging includes **4 months in American oak barriques**, followed by an additional period in steel and 2 months in the bottle. “Tre Archi” is considered a traditional and non-commercial expression of the territory.
