The Flaminio negroamaro rosato Brindisi DOP is a wine that is the fruit of history, of the culture of Salento winemaking, and is one of the flagship products of the Agricole Vallone company. It is produced from Negroamaro grapes produced in the Flaminio estate owned by the company.
The harvest is carried out in the first ten days of September with a manual harvest of the grapes. Grapes that are subsequently de-stemmed and subjected to soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 20 days. The wine ends its processing with an aging on the fine lees for three months. Finally it reaches maturation after maturation in steel for three to five months. Once stabilized with cold precipitation and microfiltration, the wine is finally bottled.
Flaminio rosato has a beautiful, bright coral pink color. The aromas are intense and persistent, characterized by delicate floral notes, decisive and elegant hints of red fruits and citrus nuances. The flavor is delicate, harmonious, captivating, well structured, with a notable taste-olfactory persistence.
