This red wine Brindisi DOP Produced at the Tenuta Flaminio of Brindisi (property of Agricole Vallone). Harvesting the grapes manually and mechanically follows the harvest in the second decade of September. It is vinified with fermentation at a controlled temperature for 7-10 days and a short post-fermentation maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation is obtained at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks with short passage for 3-6 months in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels and stay for about 12 months in cement tanks. Bottle aging: 5-6 months
Characterized by a deep ruby red with violet reflections; assumes with aging to vein grenade. It has a pronounced and complex odor, with fruity and spicy scents. Its taste is elegant, harmonious, soft, full of character and good vigor.
