ZIMARA Negroamaro Rosato is produced by the Sanchirico winery with grapes from vineyards in the countryside of Salice Salentino (Lecce_Puglia/Italy).
The grapes are harvested manually in September, with the subsequent careful selection before crushing. The grapes then remain in contact with the skins for 12/18 hours at low temperature. Finally, the flower must is then separated from the skins and left to ferment at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C in stainless steel tanks.
ZIMARA has a light pink color with light coral and orange reflections. Its scent is intriguing, fruity with hints of pomegranate and floral notes of red roses. On the palate, it is fruity, fresh, harmonious and justly savoury with saline and mineral underlining.
