Antonio and Anna Barulli are the founders of the Fabiana winery in San Giorgio Ionico (Taranto_Puglia/Italy). A company that at the beginning of its history sold its grapes to third parties.
The two sons, Fabiana and Michele, thanks to the love for the vineyard and for the territory invest in their own company putting into the field freshness of intent and great professionalism while respecting the land and tradition.
From here begins its production in the scenario of the wines of Puglia, with the great examples of Negroamaro and Primitivo of Salento.

Terrible Winery is a young winery from Salento born from the courageous choice of Giusi Terribile, winemaker and woman of the Vino di Manduria. It is located in Copertino (Lecce_Puglia/Italy).
Daughter of Farmers who have been producing wheat since the 1800s in the area of Gravina in Puglia / Poggiorsini (Bari), in 2014 Giusi buys 2 hectares of vineyards planted with Apulian sapling 20/25 years old. The vineyard was immediately converted into organic by choice of Giusi.
Today these primitive vineyards produce extraordinary and high-quality grapes. With these wonderful grapes, the winery produces one of the best Primitivo di Manduria blended wines. The owned vineyards are located in Uggiano di Montefusco, a few km from the Ionian Sea and the Gulf of Taranto. The primitive Terrible is a wine that thanks to its intense perfumes, its body and structure know how to fascinate even the most demanding palates.
Currently, the company produces about 35,000 bottles a year.
The Gianfranco Fino winery is based in Sava, province of Taranto (Puglia/Italy).
In 2004, Gianfranco Fino buys about 2 hectares of vineyard with 50-year-old Primitivo trees in the countryside of Manduria. A small piece of land that for Gianfranco must have unique characteristics. A very careful search of the ideal soil to buy. Subsequently, the company expands and leases more land.
Today the company Gianfranco Fino has 18 hectares of vineyards, small plots scattered between Manduria and Sava, a land suited to viticulture. All the lands are cultivated with Alberello Pugliese and have vines between the ages of 50 and 90, a characteristic which the company holds particularly.
In 2010 Gianfranco won the title of Winegrower of the year of the Gambero Rosso. A title that, until then, had never arrived in Puglia. In addition to this, there are also numerous other national awards and recognitions. The company Gianfranco Fino Viticoltore also earns the title of the best company in Puglia.
Lead wine of Gianfranco Fino Viticoltore is certainly ES Primitivo di Manduria DOP. A wine that was able to immediately gather great consensus and attention. A wine presented at the G8 table of heads of state held in Aquila in 2008 and at the private banquet of Queen Margaret II of Denmark for her 70 years.
Vitivinicola Marulli winery was founded in 1975 in Copertino (Lecce_Puglia/Italy). The company is now run by the young Vito Marulli with the collaboration of the whole family.
There are 20 hectares of vines. The vines are about 40 years old and are in the DOP area of Copertino. The vines cultivated are the indigenous Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera di Lecce. Other cultivated varieties are Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano, Syrah.
Today the company produces 55 thousand bottles a year. 15 labels produced between red, rosé and white wines.
The emblem of the winery is MALASSISO, MENONE and TENUTA PARAIDA.
Cantina Petrelli is located in Carmiano in the province of Lecce (Puglia). Born in 1984 by Paolo Petrelli, winemaker and agronomist. Initially, a company born for the production of tobacco, at the beginning of the 70s the company was converted for the production of wine and in the tobacco soils the vineyards were replaced.
At the second generation of winemakers, the company is family-run. After graduating in Agricultural Sciences and numerous Masters in Oenology, since 2000 the reins of the company have been entrusted to Giovanni Petrelli, Paolo's son.
The company's headquarters is an ancient country villa, a noble summer residence, built in 1850 on the Fondo della Chiusa estate. In 1920 the Petrelli family bought the house. The ancient stable of the estate, recovered, is today a wine shop with an adjoining tasting room.
The company deals with all the processes of cultivation and vinification with its own grapes, until the marketing of its wines.
The vines of the company are found in the areas of Copertino DOP and Salice Salentino DOP. 15 hectares of vineyards with Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia Nera, Fiano, Moscato and Verdeca vines. The white grapes are grown as a tent. While for the black the breeding is cordon spur.
Today the company produces 100 thousand bottles. The company currently produces 80,000 bottles. Wines of extreme value and quality that express all the tradition and winemaking wisdom of Salento.
The Leuci family has been operating in the wine sector since 1924, so much so that the name of the winery is a due tribute to the hard work carried out by Lucio Leuci, the grandfather of the current owners, as well as brothers, Francesco and Lucio. Today, the passion and dedication of the grandchildren mean that the company is definitively oriented towards quality productions, distinguished by marks attesting to the typicality of the land of origin.
In 2013, the encounter with Jewish culture and the encouragement received by Rabbi Bahbout led us to dedicate a small but careful selection of grapes, coming from our lands, to the production of Kosher for Passover wines, submitting our traditional protocols to the careful control of the OU, in the person of Rabbi Hochman.
The new Cantina Francesco Taurino sas is the story of a company that resurfaces like the Fenice in 2017.
Francesco Taurino, the owner of the winery, has a life as a winemaker behind him. Son of that Cosimo Taurino who wrote the history of viticulture in Puglia together with Severino Garofano. Francesco grew up in the family business until his father died. Subsequently, after a forced and undeserved pause, Francesco and his son Cosimo Taurino Junior give life to a new independent reality.
The past enters by right into the new cellar and its products thanks to the teachings of Cosimo Taurino father. Teachings jealously guarded and implemented with love by Francis.
The vineyards are distributed between the municipalities of Guagnano and Salice Salentino. Negroamaro vines, cultivated with Apulian sapling and espalier, aged between 10 and 35 years.
Filifilori is the Cantina's first label, an emblematic name given that it means "from father to son". A red produced with 100% Negroamaro grapes that debuts with a bronze medal in the London Wine Competition.
Luca Attanasio's winery is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the Alto Salento, between Sava and Manduria. This area, in the province of Taranto, is an area dedicated to the production of Primitivo di Manduria. The winery is family-run, the founder Giuseppe Attanasio and his sons Luca and Alessandro work there.
The Luca Attanasio winery is located in the town of Sava, in a late 19th-century building. Inside is the barrel room built in an ancient underground oil mill. Here are the French oak barrels for wine refining.
Luca, since 2000, has chosen to cultivate exclusively Primitivo vines. The company owns 6 hectares of vineyards of the Apulian sapling, half of which are 50 years old.
The vinification takes place respecting the ancient family traditions and directly following all the production phases up to the bottling. The ancient processing techniques in the vineyard and in the cellar are improved by modern technologies.
The winery currently produces only 15 thousand bottles, with a view to extreme quality and product care.
