Right of Withdrawal

DISCLOSURE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(According to art. 49, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014)

You have the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day when you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires the physical possession of the goods.
If you have acquired courses or events, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal shall begin from the day of conclusion of the contract, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with art. 59, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014. In any case, we invite you to consult the regulations concerning specific courses or events prepared by the organizing selling points, which may also provide for a different discipline of withdrawal. In case of conflict between the provisions of a regulation and what provided in this policy, the Regulation will prevail.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, You must inform us of Your decision to withdraw from the purchase order through a statement to be sent within that period by registered letter to the following address: Salentowineshop SRLS with legal headquarters in Via Galileo Galilei, 74, 73020 Cavallino (LE).
To this end You may use the attached model withdrawal form, or any other type of explicit written statement of Your intention to withdraw from the order, provided that it is sent to the above address with the forms and within the deadlines above.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• Orderof products froma client who isnot a consumerand /or requiring abill
  • order for custom-tailored products or clearly personalized;
  • order products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Order of sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health or which were unsealed after delivery.

Referring to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, You, in particular, are informed and agree that among the products that “are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly” fall either all food products (including wines, spirits and beverages) and cosmetics, since the characteristics and quality of such types of products are subject to alteration even in consequence of a not proper storage.

Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and Customer protection, the right of withdrawal is only applicable for products purchased on the site that can be returned to the Salentowineshop SRLS and put back into circulation without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.). In the case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Salentowineshop SRLS will give you back the purchased products, charging you the expediton back expense.

Effects of withdrawal

If You withdraw from this contract (except in the cases listed above where the withdrawal is excluded) we shall reimburse all payments received on our behalf, including any delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from Your choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursements will be done without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about Your decision to withdraw from the purchase order, except our right to suspend repayments until the receipt of goods. Refunds will be made exclusively on your benefit, and by using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise or that Your payment was made by cash (in the latter case, the refund will be done by bank transfer to Your account you indicated); in any case, You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Salentowineshop SRLS fullysupports the shipping costs for the return of products in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
