Your orders are shipped within two business days from order confirmation or receipt of payment for bank transfers for all products available in stock.
National shipments are handled by the express courier GLS. For EU shipments, delivery occurs within 3-5 business days from shipment. EU shipments are handled by DHL.

All shipments within Italy are free for orders reaching a purchase threshold of €200.

Insured Shipping
All our wines are shipped with appropriate packaging and, upon customer request, can be covered by insurance to protect against breakage, theft, or loss during transit, with a small additional cost borne by the buyer.Packaging
For shipments, we use only “anti-shock” packaging that ensures maximum safety in case of impacts or accidental drops, while also providing excellent protection against temperature fluctuations.Delivery Times
Products are handed over to the courier within 48 hours of the order (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Orders for in-stock products received by 10:00 AM are handed over to the courier on the same day. Products are delivered within 24/48 hours from shipment throughout Italy and within 72 hours for deliveries to the islands.National shipments are handled by the express courier GLS. Storage and Depot
Any costs arising from failed delivery by the courier due to reasons attributable to the customer, prolonged storage at the courier’s depot due to non-collection or refusal of the goods, as well as costs for return and/or destruction of the goods, will be entirely borne by the buyer.

Packages that are refused and/or returned to the sender and not received due to negligence by the recipient for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or invalid shipping information
- Refusal to pay customs duties when required
- Refusal to provide local customs assistance with information
- Refusal to collect the shipment from designated pickup points
