VERSANTE Rosato Negroamaro I.G.P. Salento – Agricole Vallone: This rosé takes its name from the Adriatic side of Puglia, where the colors of the sea merge with those of the land. Produced exclusively with **Negroamaro grapes (100%)**, this wine is characterized by a **complex, floral, and fruity** bouquet, and a **harmonious** and well-structured taste. Aging on fine lees enhances its persistence.

Vineyard Details

30 hectares of vineyards. **North – South exposure**. Soil composition is **calcareous-clayey**. Training systems are **bilateral spurred cordon and Guyot**. Average yield per plant: 1.8 kg.

Winemaking and Aging Details

The harvest is manual and takes place in the **first ten days of September**. The technique involves **soft pressing** and controlled temperature fermentation in thermoconditioned steel tanks for 20 days. This is followed by **aging on fine lees for three months** and further maturation in steel for three months. Bottle aging lasts 1 month.
