The Torre Testa Rosé is one of those labels that best represent the strengths of the company’s production philosophy: they enhance the quality of native grapes by expressing the grape / terroir ratio to its full potential.

It is produced by harvesting in boxes in the second/third decade of September. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks with controlled-temperature maceration. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place and then the aging for at least 5 months in steel tanks. Finally the wine is refined for 1-2 months in the bottle.

The color is very light pink with purplish nuances. On the nose it is fresh and fruity with notes of fruit, including strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry and cherry.
