Torre Testa Rosé is part of Tenute Rubino’s Cru line, dedicated to enhancing native grapes. The choice to perform malolactic fermentation and extended aging in stainless steel (5 months) gives it an unusual richness and stability for a rosé, while maintaining crystalline freshness. Ideal to drink young to enjoy its fragrance, but the structure allows for a longevity of **1-3 years**.
