History and Winemaking Philosophy

The philosophy of Cantina Terribile is based on the relentless pursuit of quality, starting from the earth and grape selection. The Primitivo Terribile is an unfiltered wine aged in American and French oak barrels, followed by a long bottle aging to express elegance and complexity. The Carattere Terribile blends the power of Primitivo with the structure of Negroamaro for an intensely aromatic wine. The winery does not produce in vintages that do not meet excellence standards, ensuring consistently top-quality products.
