Salento Winemaking

This wine is produced from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, one of the most celebrated combinations in Apulian viticulture. The name “Le Pitre” (The Stones) is a tribute to the limestone and stony soils of the production area, which give the wine a distinctive minerality. It is aged in stainless steel tanks and briefly in the bottle.
