History and Production

The Notarpanaro was the first wine bottled by Cosimo Taurino. It takes its name from the *Contrada* (district) where the Negroamaro vines (approximately 40 years old) are grown, an area that once belonged to the Notary Panaro. The choice of this Contrada emphasizes the importance of the terroir and old vines in producing a wine with great longevity.

Organoleptic Profile (Tasting Notes)

Color: **Very balanced ruby red**. Develops an **orange rim** with aging.

Nose: **Full, dense, and continuous bouquet**.
