General Description and Longevity
Torcicoda is a Primitivo that seeks a perfect balance between the typical power of the grape and the elegance conferred by the long period in oak. The total aging of almost a year and a half between barrique and bottle allows the wine to achieve remarkable complexity and softness. Thanks to its structure and full body, it has good aging potential, capable of evolving for **5-7 years**, developing tertiary notes of leather and sweet tobacco.
