Vineyard Details
30 hectares of vineyards. **North – South exposure**. Soil composition is **calcareous-clayey**. Training systems are **bilateral spurred cordon and Guyot**. Average yield per plant: 1.8 kg.
Winemaking and Aging Details
The harvest is manual and takes place in the **first ten days of September**. The technique involves **soft pressing** and controlled temperature fermentation in thermoconditioned steel tanks for 20 days. This is followed by **aging on fine lees for three months** and further maturation in steel for three months. Bottle aging lasts 1 month.
