Rosa del Golfo is one of the symbolic rosé wines of Salento. It is produced with Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce grapes grown in vines in the territories of Alezio, Sannicola, Parabita, Campi Salentino, Veglie and Salice. Aging 6 months in stainless steel vats.
This spectacular Salento rosé is characterized by a bright pink color with coral reflections. It presents an intense bouquet, with fruity aromas and wild flowers. On the palate, silky structure and character, with fruity persistence. To be served at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.
