Salento Winemaking
Obtained from Fiano grapes manually harvested from 20-year-old espalier-trained vineyards on calcareous-tuffaceous soils. The vinification is in white with fermentation at a controlled temperature and the wine is aged in the bottle to preserve its freshness.

Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish, crystalline reflections
Nose: Intense and complex, with hints of sweet white fruit (apple and pear) and a delicate floral bouquet of orange blossoms
