The grapes used to produce their wines come only from their own vineyards, most of which are made up of old saplings planted on red soil. They are cultivated by hand with particular care and respect for the land according to biodynamic principles, with yields that rarely exceed 20 quintals per hectare.
The Primitivo Old Vines and La Signora, come from the oldest trees with more than 70 years on their backs, and are the testimony of the ‘biodiversity’ existing in our area, due to the survival of old daughter vines of different mass selections that took place over time. of peasants.
