History and Production
ALICE Verdeca is born from vineyards located north of Manduria, on calcareous-tuffaceous soils. The Verdeca grapes, trained on trellises, are harvested manually in the last decade of September. The vinification is conducted with extreme care to preserve the freshness and typical aromatic notes of the grape variety, utilizing temperature control and aging in stainless steel before bottling.
