History and Winemaking
“Antieri” is a rosé made from Susumaniello, a traditional Salento grape variety. The grapes are harvested manually in small wooden crates in the second week of September in the Nardò area. The process begins with **quick cold-maceration on the skins** to extract color and delicate aromas, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It ages in the bottle for about **4 months**.
