CASINA CUCCI Bianco Salento IGP is a white wine produced by the Candido Winery of San Donaci (Brindisi_Puglia/Italy). Produced with Chardonnay grapes grown with spurred cordon system in the territories of San Donaci, Guagnano and the whole area of the “Salice Salentino”. Vinification obtained after contact of the juice with the skins at low temperature for about 20 hours. Subsequently, the must obtained is fermented in steel containers on the first yeasts at a controlled temperature.

CASINA CUCCI White is characterized by a sulphurous yellow colour with light greenish reflections. It is a very rich wine with fruity and first fermentation aromas. It is appreciable for its balanced and pleasant taste, lively for the persistence of natural carbon dioxide which underlines its pleasant freshness, slightly patient. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
