BOLINA Verdeca del Salento IGP is a white wine from the Rosa del Golfo winery located in  Alezio (Lecce_Puglia/Italy).

Produced with Verdeca of Salento and Chardonnay grapes grown in the territory of Martina Franca (Taranto). After harvesting the grapes at the beginning of September, the wine is fermented in white in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. BOLINA refines for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and finally in bottles.

BOLINA Verdeca is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a fresh, delicate, pleasantly fruity fragrance. On the palate balanced, gentle, of good elegance. To be served at a temperature of 10 ° C.
