Flaminio Verdeca is a white wine produced by the Cantina Agricole Vallone in the Adriatic area of ​​Brindisi nela Salento. The grapes come from vineyards located with a North – South position. The total vineyard area is about 2 hectares, the nature of the soil is of a calcareous clayey type and the training system is spurred cordon with an average production per plant of about 2 kg.

The harvest is carried out both manually and mechanically in the first ten days of September. Once harvested in plastic crates, the grapes are brought to the refrigerated cellar and immediately de-stemmed, crushed and pressed. The pressing is soft and the fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 10 days. Aging on the fine lees for two months and finally follows a static stabilization of the product in the cold, microfiltration followed by a 3-month refinement in the bottle

Flaminio Verdeca has a bright straw yellow color, with strong and brilliant greenish reflections. The aromas are intense floral and fruity scents and the taste is fresh and savory, harmonious with good persistence.

Pairings: Ideal to be served as an aperitif and to accompany dishes based on fish, crustaceans, molluscs, octopus; also medium-aged cheeses.
