GALATEA Bianco Galatina DOC from Cantina Fiorentino is an organic white wine, produced from  Chardonnay grapes produced in the countryside of Galatina (Lecce_Puglia). This Galatina DOC is an excellent example of the quality of Salento white wines. Chardonnay is an international grape variety used for a long time in Salento, which in this wine offers cleanliness and acidity.

The soil in which the two varieties of vines that make this white wine are grown is a medium-loose blend. The training system has a planting density of about 5,000 plants / ha and is stimulated with a yield of 80 ql per hectare and a total production of about 10,000 bottles / year. The vinification is a white vinification with fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in steel and in the bottle.

Galatea Bianco has a light straw color with a delicate and elegant scent of white flowers and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, with good minerality and flavor.
