LUTROC Negroamaro IGP is an extraordinary red wine produced by Agricola Sanchirico from Negroamaro grapes produced in the land owned by the company in the countryside of Salice Salentino.

The grapes are harvested manually in September and are carefully selected before crushing and the must carry out a long maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for more than 20 days, to then carry out the malolactic fermentation. The wine thus obtained is aged for 12 months in small barrels, before being bottled and refining in the bottle for a further 12 months.

LUTROC Negroamaro shows an intense ruby red color with light garnet reflections. The nose releases a very intense and persistent aroma, fruity with hints of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, it is fine but robust, elegant on the palate, characterized by a note of cocoa and tobacco.
