ARTETICA is a very high-quality red wine produced by Schola Sarmenti from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes. Grown in the area of Nardò, the grapes are produced by Apulian sapling plants over 50 years old.
The grapes used to make this excellent bland are hand-picked and gently placed in small ventilated boxes to preserve their integrity. In the winery, they are then further selected on a modern sorting table. Once the vinification is complete, always carried out at a controlled temperature, the wine is assembled and then refined for 8 months in French oak barrels, medium toasting. Finally, 10 months of further ageing in the bottle.
ARTETICA presents itself to the nose with a complex, intense, refined bouquet that opens with sweet hints of ripe black cherry and wild berries, followed by enveloping spicy notes of cocoa and vanilla. In the mouth, it releases delicate fruity and spicy progressions. Rich, intense and persistent, with a fine soft and silky tannic texture. A wine of great balance and elegance.
