History and Production

Momento Bianco is the expression of the lightness and sunniness of Salento, a wine created to celebrate conviviality. The Fiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes are carefully selected and vinified to enhance the aromatic profile and characteristic freshness typical of these varieties. The choice of secondary fermentation in an autoclave (Charmat method) ensures its liveliness and the pleasant notes of fresh fruit and white flowers.

Organoleptic Profile

Color: **Clear straw yellow** with light greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: **Fresh and delicate**. Pleasant scents of **white flowers** (jasmine, acacia) and **fresh fruit** (green apple, pear).

Palate: **Very fresh**, **pleasant**, and **persistent**. A balanced sip with well-integrated acidity that invites further drinking.
