History and Winemaking
The grapes come from the Masseria Altemura estate. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (28°-30°C) for 7 days, followed by maceration on the skins for about **10 days**. The wine matures for a full **12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels**, concluding the cycle with further bottle aging.
