History and Winemaking
The name “Patrunale” comes from the local dialect (“Patrune”) and indicates the wine the master of the house keeps for himself and for special occasions. It is produced only in vintages that allow for the achievement of the exceptional concentration and sugar level required. The grapes come from **ancient bush vineyards**. The wine matures for **over a year in third-use French oak barriques**, gaining complexity and softness.
Organoleptic Profile
Appearance: Beautiful **deep ruby red color**, with purple lines on the sides.

Great enveloping sensation (at times exuberant), complex, structured, full-bodied, austere, and powerful. **Glyceric, savory, and mineral vibrations** support a remarkable finesse and a **perfectly smooth tannic texture** balanced by good residual acidity.
