The Venus rosé wine from the Conti Zecca winery is produced from grapes grown in the production area located in the municipalities of Leverano and Salice Salentino (LE). The nature of the soil is of alluvial origin, with medium and mixture and with areas tending to calcareous. The training system used is the spurred cordon. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and softly crushed, followed by maceration for about 12 hours, draining and fermentation of the flower must in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in cement tanks lined with food epoxy resins.

Venus has a bright, vivid pink color with coral reflection, the bouquet is intense and has hints of ripe fruit and flowers. In the mouth the taste is fresh, harmonious and elegant.
