Story and Winemaking
Rosarose by Paolo Leo is obtained from a selection of Negroamaro grapes harvested in the very early hours of dawn, when temperatures are lowest, to maintain freshness and acidity. After a brief cold maceration (4-6 hours) for delicate color extraction, the base wine is clarified via static decantation. The second fermentation takes place in large autoclaves (Charmat Method), a process that enhances the primary aromas of the grape and gives the product its typical ease of drinking and clarity of flavors.
Organoleptic Profile
Color: **Pale** and brilliant **pink**.
Nose: **Clean, fruity** with scents of **wild berries**, **strawberry**, and **raspberry**.
Palate: **Savory (sapid) and long**, featuring the same fruity sensation found in the aroma. Supported by **good acidity** which makes it very enjoyable to drink.
