Story and Winemaking
This sparkling wine is born in the coastal area of Alezio, near the sea. For its creation, Rosa del Golfo chose the Classic Method (Metodo Classico), which guarantees very fine bubbles and superior aromatic complexity. The base wine is enriched with a *liqueur* derived from the renowned Vigna Mazzì rosé. The 30 months of aging on the lees in the bottle gives the wine a great “texture,” softness, and persistence on the palate that distinguishes it as an excellent Salento sparkling wine.
Organoleptic Profile
Color: **Delicate pink** with **golden** reflections. **Very fine bubbles** typical of the Classic Method.
Nose: **Elegant and fine**, with notes of **small red berries**.
Palate: **Great texture**, unusual softness and **elegance**. Maintains a very pleasant drinkability and complexity.
