TENUTA PARAIDA Rosso Copertino DOP – Vitivinicola Marulli: A timeless classic of Salento enology, faithful to the Copertino DOC tradition with its blend of Negroamaro (80%), Malvasia Nera, and a touch of Montepulciano. Produced from 40-year-old *alberello* vines, this red wine ages for 6 months in oak barrels, developing a complex bouquet of vanilla, carob, and spices, with a dry, velvety taste and the characteristic slightly bitter aftertaste.
