BIEGOSTA Fianco Salento is a white wine produced by the Sanchirico winery from Fiano grapes from vineyards in the countryside of Salice Salentino (Lecce_Puglia/Italy).

The grapes are harvested in the first days of September. Subsequently, the grapes are carefully selected before crushing. The must is brought to a temperature of 10 ° C and macerated in contact with the skins for a few hours. We then move on to a soft pressing. Finally, the must is left to ferment slowly at a controlled temperature of 10 ° C in stainless steel tanks.

BIEGOSTA has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose releases a fragrant, delicately fruity fragrance with light notes of tropical fruits. In the mouth, it is fresh, harmonious with a delicately fruity finish.
