History and Winemaking

CRITÈRA is produced with hand-harvested Primitivo grapes from young, Guyot-trained vineyards. The philosophy is to preserve the typical characteristics of the fruit: for this reason, both vinification and aging take place **entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel**. The absence of wood highlights the primary aromas of the grape and the typical freshness of the area.

Organoleptic Profile

Appearance: **Ruby red** color.

Nose: Intensity with scents of **ripe fruit, American dried plum, and cherry jam**. Sincere and extravagant aromas that intrigue.

Palate: **Fleshy taste of great typicality**, with a strong appeal of **ripe pulp**. Enchanted by a pleasant **freshness**, it releases **lively tannins** wrapped in a **sweet softness** in a long, intoxicating finish.
