DUCA D’ARAGONA Rosso Salento IGP is a red wine produced by Azienda Candido winery in San Donaci (Brindisi_Puglia). Produced with Negramaro-Montepulciano grapes that are de-stemmed and left to macerate completely immersed in the must. The fermentation temperature control, induced by selected yeasts, and then the long stay in barrique, where ripe, allow a perfect harmonization of the aromas.

DUCA D’ARAGONA Red is characterized by a beautiful ruby red colour, bright, with slightly orange reflections. It presents a very intense bouquet on the palate, with clean aromas and a delicate fragrance, it explodes in hints of roasted coffee, tobacco and leather combined with the balsamic aromas of wood. Harmoniously perfect on the palate, it is warm and austere. To be served at a temperature of 16-20 ° C
