FIVE ROSES Rosato Salento IGP Anniversario – Leone De Castris: FIVE ROSES Anniversario is the emblem and symbol of Italian rosé wines. Historically, it was the first rosé wine to be bottled and sold in Italy. It is obtained from a blend of native grapes, mainly Negroamaro, with Malvasia Nera. The vinification involves a short **cold skin maceration** to extract about **35% of the free-run juice**, giving it its characteristic color and aromatic finesse. It presents a **transparent vermilion color**, a **clean, fruity, pleasant, and fine aroma**, and a **full-bodied, velvety, warm, and harmonious taste**.
