GIROFLÈ Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP – Garofano Vigneti e Cantine: GIROFLÈ is a rosé obtained from **100% Negroamaro** grapes grown using the traditional **Apulian *alberello*** system in the Copertino area. The wine is characterized by cold vinification: soft pressing preceded by conditioning at **10°C (50°F)** and a short maceration of only **24 hours**. The result is a **crisp and pleasant** rosé with a beautiful coral red color and a bouquet of **flowers and red berries**.

General Description and Longevity

Giroflè is a rosé that best expresses Negroamaro’s potential for this style, thanks to the very short maceration that extracts the coral red color and the typical floral freshness. Since it is not structured for aging, it is a wine to be drunk young, ideally within **1-2 years** of the vintage, to appreciate its optimal freshness.
