Salento Winemaking

Obtained from Verdeca grapes hand-harvested at the end of August and produced using the **Charmat Method** (refermentation in pressurized tanks). The name “Risata” (Laughter) suggests a joyful, light, and social wine.

Organoleptic Profile

Appearance: Bright yellow, not too deep, with very slight greenish reflections. Fine and very persistent perlage

Nose: Great freshness, with floral notes and fresh yellow-fleshed fruit

Palate: Agile, gentle, with a lively but not intrusive bubble. Medium acidity and very good length with a slightly bitter aftertaste
