The grapes are harvested by hand and the clusters carefully selected. After maceration, the wine matures for a year in new barriques and tonneaux, a period that helps merge the power and personality of the blend (Aglianico and Cabernet Sauvignon) with softness and harmony. This process makes it an elegant and precious wine.
