History and Production
The Tenuta Serranova Rosato is produced exclusively with Susumaniello grapes from the private Serranova Estate, near Brindisi. The vineyard, with an optimal North-South exposure, is located on clay-limestone soil that contributes to the wine’s structure and savoriness. Winemaking in stainless steel and the choice **not to perform malolactic fermentation** are crucial for preserving the distinct freshness and lively acidity typical of Susumaniello rosé.

Nose: Powerful with **floral** notes and hints of **fresh Mediterranean fruits**.
