Terra San Giovanni is Cantina Fiorentino’s expression of respect for the terroir, thanks to certified organic farming. The Primitivo grapes, sourced from the Galatina area, are carefully processed to enhance the varietal characteristics. Temperature-controlled fermentation and the use of selected yeasts aim to preserve the purity of the fruit and develop the complex spicy bouquet. The result is a wine that balances the power of Primitivo with a pleasant freshness and softness.

Organoleptic Profile

Color: **Clear ruby red** with faint **garnet** reflections.

Nose: **Good intensity and aromatic complexity**. Notes of **plum** and **blueberries**, enriched by spicy hints of **cinnamon** and **cloves**.
