MEMO Primitivo IGP Salento is a red wine produced by the Sanchirico winery with Primitivo grapes from vineyards in the countryside of Salice Salentino (Lecce_Puglia/Italy).

The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September and carefully selected before crushing. The must macerates on the skins at 25 ° C for over 20 days in steel tanks, where the malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine has continued its ageing for 6 months always in steel tanks and for another 6 months in wooden barrels. After bottling, the wine continues ageing in the bottle for another 8 months.

MEMO has an intense ruby red color with an aroma of ripe red berry fruit, with notes of tobacco and cocoa, persistent and elegant. In the mouth, it is soft, enveloping, robust and persistent.
